Ahead of its opening scheduled for March 2026, the Centre for Contemporary Arts Tashkent (CCA) held an event at the Grand Palais as part of Art Basel Paris.

Gayane Umerova, Chairperson of the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation, Olivier Marty, co-founder of the architectural bureau Studio KO, which is reimagining the 1912 Diesel Power Station building that will house the Centre; and Dr Sarah Raza, the Centre’s Chief Curator and Creative Director, welcomed leading figures of the French art scene, including museum directors, curators, artists, designers and architects.
