A series of performances of the ballet The Nutcracker in a contemporary version by choreographer Maxim Petrov is taking place on the stage of the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater, presented with the support of the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation.
Until December 31, audiences can enjoy one of the most famous ballet productions, interpreted through a combination of Tchaikovsky’s classical score, contemporary choreography, and stage design. The performances are accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra.
